How Maserati records service data

Maserati UK is part of Stellantis and uses the Stellantis dealer management system at the data layer, with Maserati-specific exclusive service operations layered on top. The UK Maserati dealer network is very small (a handful of dealers) and operates as a premium subset of Stellantis. Coverage through our lookup is limited because Maserati's proprietary processes aren't fully exposed via the standard Stellantis data feed. Where records do appear they include detailed dealer entries with date, mileage, service type, line items and technician remarks. Maserati Premium Service plans (the extended-warranty / service-pack programmes) require Maserati dealer servicing within manufacturer intervals — the dealer record is the eligibility proof.

Maserati models we cover

UK Maserati models covered: Ghibli (M157), Levante (M161), GranTurismo (Mk1 / new Mk2 from 2023 inc. Folgore electric), GranCabrio, Quattroporte (Mk5 / Mk6), MC20 (new Trofeo supercar), Grecale, plus older 3200 GT, 4200, GranSport. Coverage strongest from 2014 onwards (Ghibli launch era). Pre-2003 Maseratis typically have paper-only records.

Maserati-specific things to know

Two Maserati-specific things to know: First, the 3.0 V6 twin-turbo (Ferrari-derived F154) in Ghibli, Quattroporte and Levante has known timing-chain wear concerns at high mileage — verifiable dealer oil-service interval discipline is critical. Second, Maserati Premium Service / Premium Warranty programmes require dealer servicing on schedule — without verifiable dealer entries the extended warranty is invalidated.

Why check Maserati service history before buying

Maserati resale value is heavily tied to documented Maserati dealer service history. The gap between full FSH and partial / independent history on a Ghibli or Levante can run to 15-25% on trade-in because of perceived major-component-failure risk on the Ferrari-derived V6. For Premium Warranty buyers verifiable dealer entries are mandatory. For GranTurismo, MC20 and Quattroporte collectors dealer history supports premium pricing.

Maserati Service History FAQ

Can I check Maserati service history?
Maserati falls under our Limited Coverage tier. Data is returned in a small proportion of cases because Maserati operates proprietary service systems on top of the Stellantis dealer data feed. No charge if no records are found.
Why is Maserati coverage limited?
Maserati's small UK dealer network and proprietary service systems result in limited digital data availability through standard data feeds. Records exist in detail at the Maserati dealer but aren't always exposed via our lookup.
What Maserati models are covered?
Where records exist: Ghibli, Levante, GranTurismo (Mk1 / Mk2 inc. Folgore electric), GranCabrio, Quattroporte, MC20, Grecale, plus older 3200 GT, 4200 and GranSport.
Why is dealer service history important for Maserati resale?
Maserati resale is heavily tied to documented dealer history — the gap between full FSH and partial / independent history on a Ghibli or Levante can run to 15-25% on trade-in because of perceived major-component-failure risk on the Ferrari-derived V6. Premium Warranty programmes also require dealer records.
Will I be refunded if no Maserati records are found?
Your card is not charged if we cannot find any records for your Maserati.
