Common Questions
How long does a check take?
Most reports are delivered within 1–2 minutes. You will receive an email with a link to your report as soon as it is ready.
What if no service history is found?
Your card is not charged — the card authorisation is cancelled before capture, so no money is taken in the first place. If a charge does appear, it'll drop off within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
How do I access my report?
A unique link is emailed to you when your report is ready. Dealer accounts can also view all reports from the trade dashboard.
