FindServiceHistory.com provides a vehicle service history lookup service. We access official manufacturer dealership records for supported vehicle brands (including BMW, Mercedes, Mini, Smart, Volkswagen, Seat, Skoda, Audi, Ford, and Mazda) and compile service history reports based on a vehicle's registration number (VRM) or Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).

2. Orders and Payment

2.1 Each service history check costs £9.99 (or £4.99 for approved dealers) and is a one-off payment processed securely via Stripe.

2.2 By placing an order, you confirm that the information you have provided (VRM/VIN and email address) is accurate.

2.3 Upon successful payment, we will process your request and deliver the service history report to the email address you provided.

3. Refund Policy

If we are unable to find any service history records for the vehicle you have submitted, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. To request a refund, please contact us at hello@findservicehistory.com.

4. User Data and Privacy

We collect your email address, vehicle registration/VIN, and payment information as necessary to provide our services. Payment information is processed by Stripe and is not stored on our servers. 5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false or misleading information
- Attempt to access data for vehicles you have no legitimate interest in
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse the service

6. Limitation of Liability

Our service history reports are compiled from manufacturer dealership records and are provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that records are complete or error-free. FindServiceHistory.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of FindServiceHistory.com and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Dealer Programme

Approved motor trade dealers may access discounted pricing. Dealer accounts are subject to verification of valid motor trade insurance. We reserve the right to revoke dealer status at our discretion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
