At Find Service History we aim to provide reliable vehicle service history reports. However, due to the nature of digital information services, refunds are subject to the conditions below.

1. Digital Service

Our vehicle history checks are digital products delivered instantly once a search is performed.

By purchasing a check you agree that the service will begin immediately.

2. When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds are generally not provided when:

A report has been successfully generated
No service history records are available for the vehicle
The vehicle has limited or partial service data
You entered an incorrect registration number

Service history availability varies depending on manufacturer data and previous servicing records.

3. When Refunds May Be Considered

Refunds may be issued if:

A technical error prevented the report from being generated
You were charged but did not receive a report
A duplicate charge occurred

Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

4. Trade Accounts

Trade member checks are priced at a reduced rate.

Refund requests for trade checks will be assessed on a case-by-case basis where a technical fault has occurred.

6. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
