Toyota Aygo tyre pressure
The tyre pressures Toyota prints in its handbook for each Aygo tyre size, by generation — Aygo Mk2 (AB40) (2014–2022) and Aygo Mk1 (AB10) (2005–2014). Find your tyre size on the sidewall, then read across.

Notes from the handbooks
- 165/65R14 79T: Handbook: the tyre pressure (type A or B) 'is indicated on the left-side center pillar'. Same in the 2018 edition (S6).
- 165/60R15 77H: 2015-05 edition: one figure for all 15-inch cars. The 2018-05 edition splits the front figure by Stop & Start (next rows).
- 165/60R15 77H: 2018-05 edition (facelift).
What the handbooks don't say
- Row years are the two handbook editions read (2015-05 and 2018-05 line-off); the exact build date at which the Stop & Start split began is not stated.

Notes from the handbooks
- 155/65R14 75T: Handbook also prints a higher figure for driving above 160 km/h (100 mph): 230 (2.3, 34) front and rear. The 2012-12 edition (S4) prints the same size and the same 220/220 kPa (230/230 above 160 km/h).
What the handbooks don't say
- The 2011 (S1) and 2012 (S4) Western-Europe handbooks print only one size, 155/65R14 75T. No other factory size (e.g. a 15-inch alloy option) is printed in either; editions before 2011 were not found on Toyota's manual sites.
Figures marked "Maker's handbook" link to the maker's own document. "Reported" figures are the maker's, read from a copy we could not get from the maker directly. A figure marked ≈ has been converted from the unit the handbook prints. Nothing here has been checked against your car: if it disagrees with the label on the car, the label wins.

Tyre pressure questions
What tyre pressure should a Toyota Aygo have?
It depends on the tyre size and, on some versions, the engine. For the sizes Toyota lists, the normal-load pressure is 32–35 psi (2.2–2.4 bar) at the front and 32–33 psi (2.2–2.3 bar) at the rear. Find your size in the tables above, and check the tyres cold.
What size tyres does a Toyota Aygo take?
Toyota fitted the Aygo with 155/65 R14, 165/65 R14 and 165/60 R15, depending on the generation and trim. The size is printed on the side of your tyre; the pressures above are listed by size.
Where is the tyre pressure label on a Toyota Aygo?
On most cars it is on the driver's door pillar or inside the fuel filler flap. It normally gives the same figures as the handbook, which is where the ones on this page come from — if the two ever disagree, go by the label on your car.
