Volvo tyre pressures
Volvo XC60 tyre pressure
The tyre pressures Volvo prints in its handbook for each XC60 tyre size, by generation — XC60 Mk2 (2017–, incl. T8 plug-in hybrid and B4/B5 mild hybrid) (2017 on) and XC60 Mk1 (2008–2017) (2008–2017). Find your tyre size on the sidewall, then read across.

Figures marked "Maker's handbook" link to the maker's own document. "Reported" figures are the maker's, read from a copy we could not get from the maker directly. A figure marked ≈ has been converted from the unit the handbook prints. Nothing here has been checked against your car: if it disagrees with the label on the car, the label wins.

Tyre pressure questions
What tyre pressure should a Volvo XC60 have?
It depends on the tyre size and, on some versions, the engine. For the sizes Volvo lists, the normal-load pressure is ≈33–35 psi (2.3–2.4 bar) at the front and ≈33–35 psi (2.3–2.4 bar) at the rear. Find your size in the tables above, and check the tyres cold.
What size tyres does a Volvo XC60 take?
Volvo fitted the XC60 with 235/65 R17, 235/60 R18, 235/55 R19, 255/45 R20, 255/40 R21 and 265/35 R22, depending on the generation and trim. The size is printed on the side of your tyre; the pressures above are listed by size.
Where is the tyre pressure label on a Volvo XC60?
On most cars it is on the driver's door pillar or inside the fuel filler flap. It normally gives the same figures as the handbook, which is where the ones on this page come from — if the two ever disagree, go by the label on your car.
When should I use the fully laden pressures?
When the car is carrying a full load — every seat taken, a full boot or a trailer. For everyday driving use the normal figures.
