Usually because the servicing was done at independent garages, which don't write to Lexus's system, or because it was done before the dealer network kept digital records. A book full of independent stamps can be perfectly genuine; it just has to be backed by the paperwork rather than by the dealer system. If we find nothing, your card isn't charged.

No. The UK registration is all we need: no log-in, no ownership documents and no contact with the seller. That's why people use it before they buy, to compare what the seller says with what Lexus's dealers recorded.

Put the dates and readings side by side and look at the spacing. Lexus typically services at 12 months or 10,000 miles, with hybrids on the same schedule and services alternating between intermediate and full. Intervals differ by engine and model year, so the handbook has the exact figure for a given car. A gap much longer than the schedule is worth asking the seller about: it may have been an independent service with an invoice in the folder, or it may have been missed. The MOT readings in the same report fill in the mileage between visits.

Sometimes, if you are the keeper. A Lexus dealer will often print the history at the service desk if you bring the car's documents, and some Lexus owner apps show recent visits for the car linked to your account. Neither helps a buyer looking at someone else's car, and we know of no public Lexus website that shows the whole record. Yes. Lexus Relax (up to 10 years on selected models from 2021) requires servicing at Lexus franchised dealers within manufacturer intervals. The dealer record is the eligibility proof. Servicing at Toyota dealers does not count — they're separate franchise networks.

No. The MyLexus app shows recent services for newer cars. Older entries, recall work, hybrid battery health checks and warranty repairs typically only appear via a dealer-system lookup.
